Account Recovery
Remember, Site Administration does not restore access to accounts.
The only option to restore access to your account is as follows:
1. Add your PGP key to your profile.
2. If you have lost your passphrase and/or login/password, go to the Account Recovery page. Enter your username (not your login name). If you have added a PGP key to your profile, the recovery system will display a PGP message that will allow you to recover the account by decrypting it.
