Rules

By registering on the trading floor BAZAAR user confirms that he has read these rules, understands them unambiguously, and undertakes to comply with them. 

General Provisions.

1.1. The user is obliged to comply with the following requirements:
1.1.1. Do not use the site under the age of majority.
1.1.2. Do not use usernames with a provocative meaning. Do not use usernames Admin, Viсe-Admin and others that may be associated with the Administration of the site.
1.1.3. Do not engage in spam, flooding, as well as do not use the site to post content that may be an advertising, including hidden advertising. Any links to third-party sites are prohibited.
1.1.4. Do not attempt to deanonymize any user under any pretext.
1.1.5. Do not attempt to establish communication with other users bypassing the trading platform. The exception is the exchange of contacts between the Seller and its employees.
1.1.6. Do not post reviews to discredit a seller's rating, as well as reviews that do not relate to a product. In addition, it is forbidden to leave reviews with the purpose of illegitimate tipping the rating of a product.
1.2. Administration does not restore access to user accounts. To be able to restore access to the account, the user must add a PGP key to the profile. (Instructions).

Rules for Sellers.

2.1. To post a product, a seller must provide pictures confirming the availability of the product (at least 3 pictures from different angles). These should be pictures of the goods in good quality, next to the goods should be placed a paper sheet (all edges of the sheet of paper should be in the frame) with seller’s username, name of the marketplace (BAZAAR), name of goods, and current date. This confirms the availability of goods at a seller's warehouse at this time. 
2.2. It is forbidden to sell one substance under the guise of another, to sell substances under fictitious names without specifying a real name of a substance.
2.3. It is forbidden to sell goods from the following list:

  • fentanyl, its derivatives and analogues, nitazenes like phenacetin, xylazine, protonitazene, etonitazene, N-desmethyl isotonitazene and etc.;
  • poisons;
  • explosives and weapons;
  • computer viruses and other tools directly aimed at cyberattacks.

2.4. A Seller and/or employees, when preparing DD for the purpose of sale at the Bazaar, undertakes not to hide narcotic substances nearby objects where minors may be present. Namely: schools, kindergartens, playgrounds and other objects.  The minimum permissible distance to such objects is 100 meters. If Bazaar administration find a violation of this rule, the money for this ordered stash will be refund to a buyer.
2.5. In a description of items, a Seller must indicate the purity of the sold substances in the form of percentage of the active substance, or use the labeling VHQ, HQ, MQ, LQ, where:

  • VHQ (Very High Quality) - content of the main substance >=98%, there are no harmful and hazardous impurities.
  • HQ (High Quality) - main substance content >=95%, there are no harmful and hazardous impurities.
  • MQ (Medium Quality) - main substance content >=80%, there are no harmful and hazardous impurities.
  • LQ (Low Quality) - content of the main substance from 50% to 80%, there are no harmful and hazardous impurities.
  • Substances of plant origin are qualified by grades.
  • The description of tablet products has to include the weight of the tablet and the composition.

Products with the content of the main substance less than 50% or containing harmful and hazardous impurities are not allowed for sale on Bazaar marketplace.
2.6. Vendors are fully responsible for actions of their employees.

Settlement of disputable situations.

3.1. In case of problems with an order, a buyer has the right to open a dispute with a seller, which will be added by a representative of the Bazaar administration in order to make decision on the disputed order.  
3.2. Bazaar administration makes decisions in disputes based on objective data about the statistics of a seller and a buyer, data available on a particular order.
3.3. Decisions of Bazaar administration on disputed orders are final and are not subject to review or discussion.

Disclaimer.

4.1. BAZAAR and its employees are not responsible for the actions of its Users at any time and under any circumstances. “BAZAAR provides the Project Tools to its Users ”as it is“ and ”as it is available" without any warranty or representation that access to the Site, any part of Services or any materials contained therein will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely or error-free. User accepts the risks associated with the purchase or sale of “illegal substances”. 
4.2. The Bazaar administration reserves the right to edit/delete any content on the site at its discretion.

Sanctions.

5.1. For violation of the rules Bazaar administration has the right to apply sanctions to users. The following types of sanctions are possible:

  • Restriction of withdrawal of funds for sellers until violations are eliminated;
  • Penalty sanctions;
  • Deactivation of the account;
  • Partial restrictions of services and functions of the site for a user.
